Super Filler (Exterior & Interior)
Powerful, waterproof filler for surfaces such as mortar, concrete, A/C sheeting, besser bricks, new and old timber and metal (bare timber, metal and exterior A/C sheeting must be sealed before filling).
Suggested uses:
- Where substantial filling is required, including wider cracks,

Deeper crevices, nail holes and air pockets in concrete.
- Also ideal for interior wet areas, such as tile grouting.

This is absolutely true. However nothing is simple or easy if you go about the task the wrong way through being ill-informed or lack of experience.
Filler Blades for the Smoothest Finish
NORDSJO Fillers are of a texture and consistency so smooth that they almost flow over imperfections and cracked areas. To best apply the filler it's recommended you use a flexible, thin metal filler blade similar to the one shown on the FRONT COVER of the leaflet.
Cleaning and Application
Always ensure area to be filled well bound (if not, pre-seal) and all dust and grease removed. Any chips of plaster or dirt will 'track' the filler and make it harder to achieve a smooth finish.
Always keep your blade clean.
Criss-Cross Application for Surface Filling
- Squeeze or scoop the filler onto the blade. Hold the blade at a
fairly flat angle and with one firm stroke apply the filler thickly,
downwords or across the area to be repaired.
- Remove the surplus filler immediately with a firm stroke from a direction at right angles to the initial application.
- Ensure you leave a fine film completely covering the edges of imperfections or cracks.
- Leave to dry, then lightly sand with fine (280+) paper to achieve a smooth , even finish.

There are four (4) NORDSJO Fillers described in this leaflet. Please read with care and select the filler most appropriate to your application.
NORDSJO Filler are all non-hazardous, acrylic based and water soluble, offering excellent odhesion, minimum shrinkage and ease of sanding.
Drying time ranges from 30 minutes for thin film over minor imperfections or for thicker film, allow 2 to 3 hours at normal room temperature.
