On-site repair visits and mobile service visits
Of course, you don’t need to bring your paint sprayer to Matraville or St Leonards if that’s just not possible. We’ll happily bring the tools and skills we need to your business or job site and service or repair your airless paint sprayer while you’re working on something else.
We charge a standard $150 call-out fee for travel to anywhere in the Sydney Metropolitan Area, but feel free to have a chat with us if you need us to travel further.
Anything we can do at Matraville or St Leonards we can do on-site and we can let you know if there is a need to order additional parts and take anything with us back to our workshop. Our mobile services are designed to keep you working while your equipment is serviced or repaired.
Phone consultations
When you’re not sure what’s going on with your airless paint sprayer, we can give you a call or organise a chat via FaceTime and try to work out what you need to do to fix it. If we don’t know, we’ll ask you to bring it in for a service or repair as normal.
Via FaceTime we can usually assess some of the common problems and troubleshoot some of the basics. If it’s something we can guide you through, we absolutely will. We’d rather you get back to work than have you bring us something you could have fixed yourself.
Phone and Facetime consultations are a great way to rule out some of the basics early and to develop a short-list of things that might have gone wrong. That way, if we can’t work out how to fix it, we should be able to diagnose the issue and repair it quickly once it is in our workshop. The whole process is designed to get you back to work as quickly as possible.
