Damage while in Transit

If an item has been damaged in transit, we will replace it for you at no charge if you provide a proof that it has been damaged.

All shipments are covered by transit insurance. If you have received an item that is damaged please contact us and advise us of the nature and extent of the damage. Please also advise us of your name, contact number and order number.
It is important for the purposes of our insurance claims that you take digital photos of the carton as it arrives and also of the damaged articles.
We will replace any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back, or in many circumstances, as soon as we receive the photos. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Returns & Refund

PaintAccess.com.au does not accept returns if you change your mind or order too much.
Store credit or product replacement is offered for faulty items only. No cash refunds will be given.

If you receive a faulty item, please return it back to PaintAccess.com.au for store credit or a replacement. Issues regarding faults in manufacturing must be raised within 2 weeks of receipt of your goods.

In some cases, if by some reason you are not happy with the product within the 2 week period, we might consider a return/refund, if packaging of the product is not voided. The 15% restocking fee will apply. 


All products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain all receipts and packaging for warranty purposes. If an item needs to be replaced under warranty and you contact PaintAccess.com.au, we will gladly communicate with the manufacturer, but we will not give you credit or exchange the item until manufacturer’s approval.

In some cases we will even Price Match

We'll match the price shown on any Australian-based retailer's website for the Identical product (same brand, size, colour, shape and model, year) that is in stock within 14-days of purchase. Some rules do apply:

  • Excludes prices listed on marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay or sites that require a membership or subscription fee.
  • A price match will only be honoured for up to three of the same item and items cannot be purchased for resale.
  • Price Match policy excludes Graco products, ZipWall products and gift cards.
  • You cannot combine a price match with other promotions, like a free gift or coupon code.
  • A price match will only be honored up to 20% off the original retail price of the item.
  • We reserved the right to refuse a price match for any reason. Sorry guys, but we believe it should be a win-win for everyone.
