Damage while in Transit
If an item has been damaged in transit, we will replace it for you at no charge if you provide a proof that it has been damaged.
All shipments are covered by transit insurance. If you have received an item that is damaged please contact us and advise us of the nature and extent of the damage. Please also advise us of your name, contact number and order number.
It is important for the purposes of our insurance claims that you take digital photos of the carton as it arrives and also of the damaged articles.
We will replace any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back, or in many circumstances, as soon as we receive the photos. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Returns & Refund
PaintAccess.com.au does not accept returns if you change your mind or order too much.
Store credit or product replacement is offered for faulty items only. No cash refunds will be given.
If you receive a faulty item, please return it back to PaintAccess.com.au for store credit or a replacement. Issues regarding faults in manufacturing must be raised within 2 weeks of receipt of your goods.
In some cases, if by some reason you are not happy with the product within the 2 week period, we might consider a return/refund, if packaging of the product is not voided. The 15% restocking fee will apply.
All products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain all receipts and packaging for warranty purposes. If an item needs to be replaced under warranty and you contact PaintAccess.com.au, we will gladly communicate with the manufacturer, but we will not give you credit or exchange the item until manufacturer’s approval.
