Damage While in Transit

If an item has been damaged in transit, we will replace it for you at no charge if you provide a proof that it has been damaged.

All shipments are covered by transit insurance. If you have received an item that is damaged please contact us and advise us of the nature and extent of the damage. Please also advise us of your name, contact number and order number.
It is important for the purposes of our insurance claims that you take digital photos of the carton as it arrives and also of the damaged articles.

We will replace any items damaged in transit, at our cost, just as soon as we receive the damaged item back, or in many circumstances, as soon as we receive the photos. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Returns and Refunds

PaintAccess.com.au does not accept returns if you change your mind or order too much. Store credit or product replacement may be offered for faulty items, in accordance with Australian consumer protection laws.

In instances where a claim of mechanical fault is made (for example, in the case of a paint sprayer unit), we reserve the right to have that claim investigated by authorised PaintAccess technicians and/or by manufacturer representatives, in line with warranty claims.

If you receive a faulty item, please return it back to PaintAccess.com.au for store credit or a replacement. Issues regarding faults in manufacturing must be raised within 14 days of receipt of your goods.

In some cases, if for some reason you are not happy with the product within 14 days, we may consider a return or refund. There are some circumstances where this is not possible. We are unlikely to consider a refund if product packaging has been destroyed. A minimum 15% restocking fee will apply. 


All products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Please retain all receipts and packaging for warranty purposes. If an item needs to be replaced under warranty and you contact PaintAccess.com.au, we will gladly communicate with the manufacturer, but we will not give you credit or exchange the item without manufacturer’s approval.
