Graco service in Sydney, New South Wales

Both of our PaintAccess shops in Sydney - St Leonards and Matraville - are authorised Graco service centres, which means we can manage routine or ad hoc servicing. We can even help you develop a maintenance schedule to ensure your Graco equipment stays in top condition year-round. We have fixed pricing for routine maintenance which means you’ll always know what you’re going to pay once the job’s done. 

If you’re having issues with your Graco paint sprayer, you can bring it to either of our PaintAccess shops. We’ll conduct an examination and provide some advice and a quote for repairing it. This is also our process for resolving any issues we find while completing a general service. If we find something that needs to be repaired (above and beyond general cleaning and upkeep) we’ll let you know and get you a quote. 

On-site repair visits and mobile service visits

Of course, you don’t need to bring your paint sprayer to Matraville or St Leonards if that’s just not possible. We’ll happily bring the tools and skills we need to your business or job site and service or repair your airless paint sprayer while you’re working on something else. 

We charge a standard $150 call-out fee for travel to anywhere in the Sydney Metropolitan Area, but feel free to have a chat with us if you need us to travel further. 

Anything we can do at Matraville or St Leonards we can do on-site and we can let you know if there is a need to order additional parts and take anything with us back to our workshop. Our mobile services are designed to keep you working while your equipment is serviced or repaired.

Graco service in Brisbane, Queensland

If you’re located in Brisbane our mobile representative will come to you. Let us know where you are and we’ll send our repair agent to you. We’ll charge a $150 call-out fee (no matter where you are in the Brisbane Metropolitan Area) and then the same set fees for paint sprayer servicing or repairs. 

We can complete a full range of servicing and repairs in Queensland, with our staff supported by expert colleagues in Sydney. Whatever you need for your Graco paint sprayer in Brisbane, we’re able to help. 

To start the process, give us a call and we’ll put you in touch with our Queensland rep so that you can arrange for them to visit your workplace or job site. We can also arrange a telephone or FaceTime consultation to discuss any issues and to see if we can resolve any problems before facilitating a call-out. 

Phone consultations

When you’re not sure what’s going on with your airless paint sprayer, we can give you a call or organise a chat via FaceTime and try to work out what you need to do to fix it. If we don’t know, we’ll ask you to bring it in for a service or repair as normal. 

Via FaceTime we can usually assess some of the common problems and troubleshoot some of the basics. If it’s something we can guide you through, we absolutely will. We’d rather you get back to work than have you bring us something you could have fixed yourself. 

Phone and Facetime consultations are a great way to rule out some of the basics early and to develop a short-list of things that might have gone wrong. That way, if we can’t work out how to fix it, we should be able to diagnose the issue and repair it quickly once it is in our workshop. The whole process is designed to get you back to work as quickly as possible.

What do we do?

In most cases we’ll start with a service. Blockages and dried paint can cause all sorts of issues and a service that includes a thorough clean is sometimes all you’ll need. A regular service includes disassembly of pump, checking of valves, cleaning of pump components, checking of seals, removal of covers and checking of the unit fan, checking of strainers and filters, checking of the unit’s priming mechanism and pressure levels, cleaning of all components and systems, and application of Graco Pump Armour. We also check for wear and tear so that we can let you know how your paint sprayer is going in terms of longevity.

• If a filter or strainer needs to be replaced, we’ll give you a quote for the parts and we can complete the replacement as part of the service at no additional labour cost. 

• If a pump’s seals need to be replaced, this can be done at an additional cost, or as part of a pump rebuild. We’ll let you know exactly what you need and give you a detailed quote. It’s important to us that you’re well-informed and making informed decisions. 

• In each case, if something more is required, or something needs to be replaced, we’ll explain exactly what needs to happen and how much it will cost. No wishy-washy speculation or guesswork. 

What we charge for repair work covers our costs - it might sound cynical but you’re far more valuable to us as a professional painter buying paint and paint accessories and completing work for customers than you are waiting around for us to fix your paint sprayer. We want you back on site as soon as possible.
