Scaffold: Definition
Scaffold: a temporary structure erected to support a passageway or work platform. The scaffold is generally used for construction work, so when the work cannot be completed on the ground or finished floor, the workers have a safe and stable work platform.
Under the WHS model law, scaffolds are classified as structure. Structural and plant regulations apply to scaffolds.

Scaffolding project: Erection, modification or dismantling of a temporary structure erected to support the platform. People or objects may fall more than 4 meters from the platform or structure.
