30 Seconds - Spray & Walk Away

This cost effective non bleach base exterior cleaner is used to restore all those dangerous slimy green & slippery black surfaces you have around the home to near new. The combination of biodegradable selective surfactants is slow acting on moss, mould, mildew, lichen & algae that works over time in conjunction with the weather. No hosing or scrubbing just spray it on and walk away.

Why Use 30 Seconds Spray & Walk Away?

	Bleach Free Unlike our Outdoor Cleaner, Spray & Walk Away contains no Bleach and is formulated to be as gentle as possible on surfaces while still being effective against lichen, moss, mould, mildew and algae.
	No rinsing or scrubbing Spray & Walk Away is designed to do the work for you. Great for large areas and for saving time, simply spray and leave to work with the weather for great results. No rinsing or scrubbing required.
	Phosphate Free Phosphates promote algae growth which is a major problem for our waterways and water treatment plants.

Direction for use:

• Read the on pack instructions and safety information before commencing the job or using the product
• Shake the container before mixing
• Dilute concentrate 1 litre of product to 4 litres of water (1part to 4 parts)
• Apply on a cloudy day to a DRY cool surface not in direct sunlight (first thing in the morning or last thing at night) with no rain expectations for 12 hours
• Ensure good coverage to keep the surface as moist / wet as possible for as long as possible (not drying out straight away) So it get s a chance to soak in and treat the problem then walk away
• Product works over time in conjunction with the weather some changes will be evident in a few weeks depending on weather.
• Light green algae you will see changes in weeks, Black sooty mould can take 2 to 3 months, lichen can take 3 to 4 months

Safety & Cautions:

• Keep out of reach of Children 
• Do not allow contents or spray to come into contact with plants or animals
• If spray drift comes into contact with plants rinse off immediately
• Keep children and pets away from the area being worked while using the product until the treated area has dried
• Household gloves and protective clothing are recommended for prolonged use or if you have sensitive skin
• If using spray and walk away on fabric test on a small area first as it may cause discoloration
• Do not mix with ammonia or other household chemicals
• Do not store for prolonged periods in direct sunlight
• Store the container in an upright position in a cool dry and dark position that is well ventilated
• Do not mix with acids ammonia, or other household chemicals

• If Swallowed DO NOT induce vomiting Give a glass of water
• If Skin contact occurs remove contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly
• In Case of eye / body contact flush thoroughly with water
