By catching micro-impurities and debris immediately before the paint enters the spray tip, these filters significantly minimize tip clogging and ensure a clean, uniform layout.

Choosing the correct mesh size is critical to maintaining consistent system pressure and preventing premature wear on your spray tips.

Mesh Selection Guide:

• 60 Mesh Filter (Black/Coarser): Optimized for heavier architectural coatings such as interior/exterior latex paints, heavy acrylics, and wall primers.
• 100 Mesh Filter (Blue/Finer): Engineered for low-viscosity, thin materials such as solvent-based or water-borne timber stains, clear lacquers, varnishes, and fine enamels.
