Timbabuild ERC10 is a two-part epoxy repair system engineered for professional painters, carpenters, and building restorers — designed to rebuild and restore damaged, decayed or rotted timber with strong structural integrity. Whether you’re renovating heritage buildings, repairing window frames, doors, beams or skirting boards, ERC10 delivers a durable, reliable repair that bonds, builds and holds under load.

Technical & Handling Notes:

  • ERC10 is a two-part system; mixing ratio must be followed precisely for effective cure and strength.
  • Apply only on timber that has first been stabilised with EWS primer and is dry.
  • Once placed and cured, the epoxy repair can be sanded, drilled, shaped or painted as timber.
  • Suitable for interior or exterior use when properly finished and sealed.
  • Always follow health & safety guidelines when working with epoxy systems — gloves, ventilation, protective masks recommended.

  • Repairing rotten or decayed timber in window frames, sills, doors and thresholds
  • Restoring fascia boards, cladding, weatherboards, and exterior joinery
  • Rebuilding skirtings, architraves, mouldings, and decorative trims affected by rot or damage
  • Structural repairs on beams, rafters, joists or posts (when used with timber reinforcement as required)
  • Renovation and heritage-grade restoration where maintaining original detail is essential
