Uni-Pro Cornice Adhesive Strong Plaster Cement 2.5kg
A fast-setting, high-strength plaster cement designed for securely fixing plasterboard and fibrous plaster cornices to walls and ceilings. Easy to mix with water, it provides excellent adhesion and a durable bond for professional-quality installations.
The smooth, workable formula can also be used as a quick-drying filler for patching and repair work. Once applied, it dries to a paintable surface and can be sanded smoothly for a clean finish.
Instruction:
Before mixing the Uni-Pro Cornice Adhesive, measure the cornice, cut to size and check that cornice fits in position.
Mixing:
Add 3 parts of Cornice Adhesive to approximately 2 parts of clean water and mix to a smooth, creamy consistency. Only mix enough adhesive for 30 minutes usage.
Do not mix too thin as this will reduce adhesion.
Application:
Using a blade or broad knife, butter the edges on the cornice and place in position. Hold firmly for a few seconds and support the cornice by nailing if necessary.
Once cornice is in position, flush the edges with the same Uni-Pro Cornice Adhesive.
Finish with a damp sponge, to minimise sanding.
