NGP was established in 2003 as a sole trader business, working as a subcontractor to a number of large development companies including Meriton. Owner Daniel gained painting and decorating experience, as well as project management experience and skills. NGP is a fully licensed construction company now focused on delivering dream property development projects for a range of private customers throughout Sydney.
We focus on small to medium residential unit block developments, delivering only high-end finishes. We provide a range of unique services and manage projects including high-rise residential developments from scratch. We leverage our experience to complete every job, we know finishes, and we understand what customers require.
We provide a consistently high quality service, and though we charge more than other companies in the market, we provide a higher quality service. Few companies can replicate the quality of an NGP project.
