Assembly and whip hose
The QTECH5 features a 7.5m hose assembly and a 2m whip hose for extra reach and convenience. The 2 metre hose is very easy and quick to attach and detach which helps to reduce re-siting requirements.
Cleaning and maintenance kit
The QTECH5 comes complete with a 19 piece cleaning and maintenance kit, so there’s no need to worry about buying extra cleaning supplies. The cleaning kit includes a range of brushes of different thicknesses which can reach into the smallest cavities of the tool and oil. The spray gun itself is easy to disassemble which allows for hassle-free clean up and mantainance.
Easily changeable needle
The QTECH5 comes from the factory with a 1.5mm needle. However, it is easy to change by simply unscrewing the back of the gun and pulling the needle out. You may want to change the type of needle you are using depending on the job you need to do, and with the QTECH5, it takes just seconds to do so.
Control air flow and paint volume
From the rear of the gun, you can easily control your air flow. From the side, you can control the volume of paint that is coming down, depending on the amount of paint you want to come out at once.

Viscosity is a measure of how resistant paint is to spreading. It is an important characteristic because it determines how the paint will perform when applied with different tools. With the QTECH5’s viscosity measuring tool, you can keep on top of the viscosity of your paint at all times.
Heat dissipation
The QTECH5 features a Heat Dissipation Chamber which allows for the removal of excess heat from the turbine chamber. Excess heat is channeled to a Heat Dissipation Chamber™ located at the rear of the case. Since the hot air is dissipated evenly through an optimum surface area of 60 holes, there is no added hiss or loud whistling noise. There is also no blowing around of debris. The benefits of a cooler running unit results in a longer life for your turbine motor compared to standard turbines. The heat dissapation feature also prevents any injuries that may occur as a result of exposure to hot air.
Noise reduction covers
No one likes to work with noisy tools all day long. The QTECH5 has a clever solution to this problem with its noise reduction covers which house the filters, keeping the noise to a minimum and keeping you on the job for longer.
